Workforce

We ensure our candidate pipeline and new hires are from communities where we traditionally lack representation.

  • We are working to expand our candidate network by partnering with diverse talent sourcing agencies, growing our HBCU initiative, becoming sponsors to minority focused mentorship and enrichment programs, and building our own mentorship program that focuses on historically underrepresented groups.
  • We are empowering all hiring teams by implementing an inclusive hiring and unconscious bias training and it will be an ongoing requirement for new interviewers.

Workplace, Culture & Engagement

We create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where employees can bring their whole self to work and activate their full potential.

  • We leveraged data from our internal strategic focus groups to inform our DEI strategy, goals and initiatives. We will use survey metrics and feedback to guide our focus and future direction.
  • We formed four employee resource groups including Blacks Oaks Network, The Women’s Network, Pride, and Hispanic Latin Alliance. We are looking to expand
  • To empower employee education, understanding, and awareness, we are launching companywide trainings on Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Leadership, Microaggressions and Allyship.
  • In addition we hold multiple DEI Safe Zones, cultural heritage and affinity month newsletters, ERG Lunch & Learns, Speaker Series and Book Clubs.
  • We launched a four governing body DE&I council which includes all levels of our company beginning with our executive leadership team.
  • We plan to conduct annual pay parity analyses and participate in annual compensation surveys to ensure fair and equitable compensation for all employees.

Marketplace & Community Impact

We positively impact communities affected by where we work and the work we do.

  • We are developing a comprehensive engagement guidelines and a rubric for evaluating community organizations as we look to support more partnerships and events in the future.
  • In 2022, we launched a supplier diversity program to understand our suppliers’ diversity representation and practices.
