OVG is looking for summer interns who are highly skilled, eager, and motivated to join our team. In June 2025, we will fully launch a new development program for all summer interns. OVG will leverage resources from IAVM, an association whose mission is to educate, advocate for, and inspire public assembly venue professionals, worldwide. The intern development program will be a combination of on-the-job learning and classroom instruction facilitated by OVG subject matter experts.
New this year: The Ascend Internship Program is a key part of our mission to provide real-world experience, mentorship, and career development opportunities for students from historically underrepresented backgrounds. Through this program, students gain hands-on experience in the sports, entertainment, hospitality, and venue management industries.
