OVG is committed to implementing a phased responsible sourcing roadmap with measurable benchmark targets aligned to our values, operational priorities, and sustainability objectives.
Consistent with industry-leading peers, OVG is working collaboratively with suppliers and strategic partners to advance responsible sourcing and animal welfare standards across its food and beverage supply chain. This includes progress toward 100% cage-free egg sourcing, proactive engagement with poultry suppliers and distribution partners to assess Better Chicken Commitment-aligned sourcing pathways, and integration of animal welfare considerations into broader sustainability and procurement governance programs.
These commitments reflect OVG’s broader approach to responsible procurement—balancing operational realities, supply chain partnership, guest expectations, and long-term sustainability objectives across our venue network.
To date, OVG has achieved 96% cage-free egg procurement across our global operations and remains fully committed to achieve 100%, where operationally feasible. For clarity, our goal to be 100% cage free egg commitment may be impacted from time to time as a result of transitioning our new accounts to adopt and incorporate our responsible sourcing standards.
