The Coupa Supplier Portal allows you to see a complete overview of your payments from Coupa customers.
Go to the Payments tab and you will be directed to the Invoice Payments sub-tab. The Payments table on this page has two built-in views:

Digital checks are digital representations of paper checks. With the Coupa Supplier Portal, you can download the check and deposit it digitally or print & deposit it into your bank account.
You must be a US-based supplier and be registered to the CSP in order to receive this payment.
1. In the CSP, go to Payments.
2. In the Actions column, click the cloud icon to download the check.
3. A prompt will appear and you must click Ok to download.
4. You can open or save the digital check PDF file. For instructions on how to deposit a digital check, visit here: View and Download Digital Checks: Deposit a digital check.
a. Note: The check will expire in 90 days based on the date printed on the check.
